ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping on orders over $35. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international worldwide shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Craft Addiction LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

USPS SHIPPING ISSUE(S):

Unfortunately, once your item with a tracking number has been shipped, it is out of Craft Addiction LLC's hands.

Please make sure correct mailing address is entered at checkout. If package not received due to incorrect mailing address, customer is responsible for reshipping cost.

The most common USPS issue:

Package showing as delivered to customer but not yet received by customer.

Steps to USPS issue resolution:

Wait 2-4 additional days after marked as delivered. Sometimes USPS scans as delivered when package has not actually been delivered. Package will sometimes arrive a few days after delivery scan.

OR

Contact your local USPS office. Your local office can trace the GPS location of last scan.
